Every facial is fully customized to your skin that day — no copy-and-paste treatments here. Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ PRIOR TO BOOKING :
At The Face Space NC, I value your time and appreciate your trust in my services. To ensure I can accommodate all clients efficiently, I have implemented the following policy regarding deposits, cancellations, no-shows, grace periods and children and pets attending appointments:
APPOINTMENT DEPOSIT (Non-Refundable): A $30 deposit is required for all new clients to secure your appointment. This deposit will be collected via credit card at the time of booking and held on file. The deposit amount will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.
Your deposit confirms your commitment to the scheduled time slot and allows me to better serve you! Should you need to reschedule or cancel, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid forfeiting your deposit. Any Late Cancelations or No Shows will follow those policies listed below.
GRACE PERIOD: There is a 15 minute grace period for all appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled to another date. I ask that if you are aware that you were going to be late, please call or message me and let me know.
LATE CANCELATIONS: Any appointment canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled time will be subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee. Same day cancelations will be subject to the same.
NO-CALL NO-SHOW: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 75% of the service fee to cover the time and product allocated for your service to the card on file. In order to book another service with me this charge will have to be paid in full prior to booking.
CHILD-FREE POLICY: Due to limited space in the treatment room and to ensure a peaceful and relaxing experience for all clients, I kindly ask that children not be brought to appointments. In addition, children may not lobby unattended, or walk around the building without supervision for safety reasons and to adhere to any other business in the buildings policies.
This allows you to fully unwind and enjoy your self-care without distractions or worries. You deserve it!
PET POLICY: There are no pets allowed inside the building unless they are fully registered service animals.
By booking an appointment with me, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping me provide the best service possible.
I am located IN Suites By Ivy House. The building is brand new which means the internet and some apps are still learning where the building is. The best way to find me is to type Suites By Ivy House into Google Maps.
The official address is 5698 West Gate City Blvd. Greensboro NC 27407.
It is the building located directly next to Lidl.
The building stays locked but you can come in with the private guest code that you are given prior to your appointment. Please check your confirmation email that you will receive 24hrs before your appointment for the custom guest code. I ask that you refrain from sharing this code to ensure the safety of myself and the other businesses in the building.
